I’ve volunteered at many school Scholastic Book Fairs and I’ve learned what books children are interested in. Fred’s Little Farm has so many cute characters that I know children will love. I can’t wait to get the next book in this series!”

From the Author

Since my own children were little, I’ve wanted to write a children’s book about the animals I grew up with as a young girl. Pets can bring so much joy to our lives and these are no exception!

I hope your little ones enjoy the playful personalities as they discover these furry and feathered friends in the first of several books in the series.

And, a great big “Thank you” to my very talented daughter who brought my memories to life with her beautiful illustrations. I couldn’t have done it without her.

With appreciation,
Valerie Olmos
